DAR, LGU turnover agri-projects in Bubong, Lanao Sur

The Department of Agrarian Reform — Italian Assistance to the Agrarian Reform Community Development Support Program (DAR-IARCDSP) turned over on June 22, 2021 two sub-projects to help enhance the agricultiural production of the populace of the Municipality of Bubong in Lanao del Sur.

DAR Undersecretary for Mindanao Affairs and Rural Development Atty. Ranibai D. Dilangalen and IARCDSP Assistant Project Coordinator Dr. Faustina led the turn-over ceremony of the two sub-projects, namely, Miabalawag to Masorot Farm-To-Market Road Phase I and Palao Communal Irrigation System.

Cutting of ribbons and signing of turnover documents were highlightened in the ceremony. Both projects were funded under the DAR-IARCDSP.

Municipal Mayor Usoph B. Munder expressed thanks in behalf of the town constituents to all those involved for the realization of the noble project making special mention to the DAR officials and representatives from the Italian government.

The ceremony was also attended by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR-BARMM) represented by Deputy Minister Ms. Amal D. Solaiman, MAFAR-Lanao del Sur headed by Atty. Khalid Ansano, DAR-LDS Director Engr. Mesug P. Unda, Municipal local officials including Administrator Mr. Alirakim T. Munder, Municipal Planning Officer Mr. Alihakim M. Montay, MDRRMO Mr. Shaminoden M. Sambitory, Municipal Engineer Moh’d. Johari M. Udasan, Municipal Budget Officer Ms. Nabillah H. Abdul Hakim, and LGU Legal Consultant Mr. Agakhan M. Rinandang.

Present as well during the ceremony were officials and representatives from the two barangays where the projects are located, the Barangays Miabalawag and Palao. The Ranao Star
