BUADIPOSO BUNTONG, Lanao del Sur: The municipal chief executive here is unfazed on a nitizen’s accusation on social media of a corruption he allegedly committed in the distribution of the government’s social amelioration program (SAP) in the municipality.

Speaking in behalf of the incumbent mayor Camalodin Jamal Dadayan, former town mayor Noron Dadayan who is also wife of the preset mayor told RSP that is the work of people with bad intent.

“Educated people will not believe in such accusation as it is clear as daylight that no money has passed through the LGU,’ Noron said.

She said, “No money has passed through the local government unit (LGU). It is the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) who hold the money, the one who validated the beneficiaries.”

“Ang nangyari sa Buadiposo Buntng ay nagbaba ng list and DSWD na 504 ang non-4Ps SAP beneficiaries, then nagvalidate sila, tapos biglang nagbaba ulit ng list ang MSSD BARMM na binawasan yung number of SAP beneficiaries at naging 142 lang allotted sa Buadiposo Buntong. So ano ginawa? Hinati-hati sa 33 barangays, pinili yong talagang qualified na nangangailangan,” she stressed.

A post by a nitizen named Jiji Alip in his account who claimed he is from Buadiposo Buntong asked authorities to investigate the mayor for corruption in the distribution of SAP.

“This is really the nature of public service, to expect the unexpected. If only our constituents know how we worry on how to provide all their needs. As it is Patience (all we can say) and Ramdan Kareem,” Noron said.

She advised residents of Buadiposo Buntong to coordinate first with the LGU and ask what or why this happened so that they will know what is the problem and the be clearly informed before posting in social media.
