Taraka disinfects town hall, ‘masajid’ vs Covid-19

As part of its precautionary measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), the local government unit of Taraka conducted a clustered disinfection activity in the locality.

Three masajid (Muslim houses of worship) and the municipall hall are included in the disinfected places and structures.

The disinfection activity was done in line with Sangguniang Bayan (SB) Resolution No. 37 s. 2020, which declared the municipality under State of Calamity.

The Taraka COVID-19 Interagency Taskforce has been laudably doing its mandate.

It is composed of a team from the town Rural Health Unit (RHU), Municipal Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine National Police (PNP), with the support of Sangguniang Bayan as well as BDRRMOs. (RSP)
