Ex-mayor Dadayan returns as chief executive of Buadiposo Buntong, LDS

BUADIPOSO BUNTONG, Lanao del Sur: Constituents of the municipality of Buadiposo Buntong, Lanao del Sur, have returned former municipal mayor Camalodin “Jamal” Dadayan to the highest executive post in the municipality. 

He replaced his wife, Hayanisah “Noron” Dadayan, who did not run for mayor after finishing a nine-year term on June 30, 2019. 

In his inaugural speech held on July 1, 2019, at the municipal hall complex in Barangay Manacab Poblacion, Mayor Camalodin Dadayan promised to continue the plans and programs of his predecessor, Hayanisah Dadayan which are all aimed for the welfare of their constituents.

Dadayan expressed to the Buadiposo Buntong constituents the gratitude of the provincial officials who won in the last elections for helping them. 

He was referring to Mamintal Adiong Jr., his son Mujam Adiong and brother Ansaruddin Adiong who won as governor, vice governor and congressman for Lanao del Sur first district in the last elections, respectively. 

Dadayan also expressed thanks in behalf of the winning provincial members for the first district. 

He also thanked all government agencies including the Ministry of Education of Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, the Philippine National Police, the Commission on Elections and other agencies as well stakeholders for the peaceful holding of the last elections. 

Dadayan said, indeed, Allah has accepted his prayers when he went to the Baitul Haraam to make the people of Buadiposo Buntong forgive and love one another and shower them blessings. 

“Allah has accepted my prayers as manifested with the peaceful conduct of the elections,” he added. 

Mayor Dadadayan believed there will be strong cooperation among the elected or re-elected local officials and that there will be smooth and effective public service in the municipality. 

Mayor Dadayan was happy that during the term of his wife as mayor of the municipality, she had performed well in the performance of her duty to the public and that no personal problem of their family has ever become a hindrance in helping the people. 

He said he was thankful that the former mayor Hayanisah has said she would continue serving the people of Buadiposo Buntong even if she is no longer the mayor. 

Hayanisah was elected mayor of Buadiposo Buntong after Mayor Jamal Dadayan gad graduated his three three-year term as town mayor. 

Now, the people of Budiposo Buntong have returned Jamal to the highest elective position of the municipality.
